K330RS OPS
The OPS version of the K330RS bandsaw with integrated quick-stop braking system. The spherically seated sliding table sliding table allows for a precise portioning of frozen meat parts and fish blocks, while the new Operator Protection System from KOLBE ensures a high level of operator safety. With its high cutting precision, very good cross section and a brilliant cutting performance, the K330RS OPS is highly suitable for supermarkets, butcheries and the meat market.

The new KOLBE Operator Protection System based on the K330 bandsaw. The OPS series consists of powerful and compact safety bandsaws featuring a quick-stop braking system that, thanks to a high-speed camera, ensures a braking time of less than 5 milliseconds.
At the heart of the OPS series are five intelligent monitoring assistants:
1. Glove check-in assistant (system activation)
2. Glove detection assistant
3. Camera position monitoring
4. Camera contamination monitoring
5. Lighting monitoring
The safety bandsaw can only be started using the green gloves approved by KOLBE, which must first be checked in by the operator. User interaction is handled conveniently via a color display.
Additional key features include the low-wear and exceptionally quiet braking process. Since the saw blade is held in position during braking, no blade replacement is required and the machine can be restarted in less than one minute.
The OPS series is designed for daily, easy, and absolutely hygienic cleaning.
The bandsaw is available as a right sided, as well as left sided version. The K330 is also available as a mobile version with with 2 swivel and 2 fixed castors.
