AW200-500

The new automatic grinder for industrial applications has been specially designed for the processing of frozen blocks at temperatures down to -20°C. The AW200-500 is also the ultimate powerhouse when it comes to fresh meat and impresses with its high flexibility in product processing. The hourly output is approximately 2,500 kg/h for frozen blocks and about 7,000 kg/h for fresh meat. The standard equipment includes the camera-based filling level monitoring. It ensures that the machine shuts down automatically as soon as the hopper has been completely emptied. The new AW200-500 is pure industry power – Made in Germany.
